Resource description

This paper studies 13 Lebanese CEOs (mostly owner-managers) who kept their companies running during the Lebanese war. At the time of the interview, major post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms were lacking and the subjects had no other noticeable psychiatric illnesses. Postulations are made about a number of personal and social factors that could explain such an outcome.
